Turnover taxation of travel services
As a tour operator, Alpii Europe GmbH applies the margin scheme for travel services under § 25 Umsatzsteuergesetz. Invoices for experiences therefore do not show VAT separately.
Professional and supervisory information
Alpii Europe GmbH sells its own travel services as a tour operator. Under German law, tour operation is not a licensed activity and no chamber membership or professional authorisation is required.

Insolvency protection
Alpii Europe GmbH sells single travel services, not packages within the meaning of the EU Package Travel Directive (Directive (EU) 2015/2302, implemented in §§ 651a ff. BGB). Statutory insolvency protection and a security certificate (Sicherungsschein) are therefore not required.
Consumer dispute resolution
Alpii Europe GmbH is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz).
